This series of folders contains all the materials required to run the UNDP/GEF Training course on the TDA/SAP approach in the GEF International Waters Programme. After reading this document, please read the Course Introduction. The aim of the training course is to build a core of human resources and strengthen the capabilities of individuals and institutions involved in GEF IW projects, as a means for a more effective implementation of the strategy and procedures set up by GEF IW authorities at both the local and regional levels.
